This page is a plain-language overview. Your binding cancellation rights are provided in the consumer disclosures and Client Agreement delivered to you separately during secure onboarding. Where this page and those documents differ, those documents control.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with Fred Livai Financial for any reason within the period described in your Client Agreement and the separate notice of cancellation rights provided to you.

How to cancel

• Send written notice to info@fredlivai.com or by mail to PO Box 3712, Hayward, CA 94540.
• Include your name and a statement that you are cancelling.
• Keep a copy of your notice and the date you sent it.

Fees

FLF service fees become earned and payable only after the applicable contracted services have been fully performed, consistent with the Client Agreement and applicable law.

Third-party costs, such as notarization, and optional selections, such as USPS Priority Mail, are handled as described in your Client Agreement.

If FLF ends the relationship

FLF may end the relationship where it determines there is no legitimate basis to continue, where required information is not provided, or where continuing would conflict with our standards or applicable law. We will tell you in writing.

Cancelling does not affect your ability to dispute inaccurate information directly with consumer reporting agencies yourself, at no cost.
