Credit results vary by consumer. Fred Livai Financial does not guarantee deletion of information, a particular credit score, or approval for credit or financing. Consumers may dispute inaccurate information directly with consumer reporting agencies without paying a credit repair organization.
Services are governed by the Client Agreement
Enrollment, scope of services, fees, authorizations, cancellation rights, and required consumer disclosures are governed by the Client Agreement and the disclosures delivered separately during secure onboarding. Where this website and those documents differ, those documents control. See Pricing for currently disclosed costs.

Fred Livai Financial is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not represent clients in court.
Acceptable use
