Required Authorization

Notarized Power of Attorney

Current disclosed notarization cost. This cost is separate from FLF's service pricing and the payee will be identified in your Client Agreement.

Fred Livai Financial requires a properly executed and notarized Power of Attorney as part of its service process when FLF needs authorization to communicate or act on the Client's behalf within the authorization's permitted scope.

  • The POA does not guarantee that a CRA, creditor, collector, or other entity will communicate with FLF.
  • The POA does not improve or guarantee dispute results.
  • The notarization cost is separate from FLF's $450/$130 service pricing.
Optional

USPS Priority Mail

$18 / letter

Unlimited pages within that individual letter.

Clients may choose USPS Priority Mail for applicable correspondence. For example: 1 letter = $18, 3 letters = $54, 5 letters = $90.

  • Priority Mail is optional.
  • Priority Mail does not guarantee a faster investigation.
  • Priority Mail does not guarantee deletion.
  • Priority Mail does not guarantee a score increase.
  • Priority Mail does not guarantee any different substantive outcome.
